Groups of 4 to 9 people travelling on AVE or AVE International trains receive an 8% discount. Groups of 10 to 25 people travelling on AVE, AVE International, Avant, and Cercanías trains can enjoy up to a 50% discount. For groups larger than 25 people, you can request a quote for approval. Note that all Renfe group tickets are non-changeable. If cancellation is necessary, the entire booking must be cancelled according to the original ticket's terms and conditions, with an applicable fee.
Renfe Young Persons Fare
With the Más Renfe Joven Card, which costs €50, Renfe offers up to 30% off train fares for young people aged 14 to 25. This card is valid for a year and is non-transferable. Enjoy a 30% discount on AVE and AVE international trains, and get a 25% discount on Avant, Cercanías, and Rodalies trains.
Renfe Over-60s Fare
With the Tarjeta Dorada, Renfe offers up to 40% discounts for those aged over 60. The card costs €6 for one year, €12 for two years, and €15 for three years. If you are travelling on AVE and AVE international trains, you can get a 25% discount. For Avant trains, discounts vary between weekdays and weekends: 25% during weekdays and 40% on weekends. Disabled passengers can benefit from Renfe's discounts, with savings of up to 40%. For just €6, you can get a Tarjeta Dorada, which allows you to travel on AVE, Avant, and Cercanías trains for a year. The discount on Avant trains is greater during weekends.
