Magic Natura Resort

We visited as a family of 5 in July 2025. Overall we had a good holiday - the highlights were the water park, zoo, watching the elephants from the zoo and the gaming room. Our lodge was clean but could have done with a refurb. The wood on the decking was broken, parts of the fence broken, untidy with weeds, part of the shower was broken, the wardrobe sounded ike it was going to fall over and the safe did not work (which we got our money back for). The food was fine - it definitely wasnt amazing but it wasnt awful either. There was always something that everyone could eat. We were definitely just eating to be full rather than going for a nice meal. The dining area was chaotic with too many people. The tables are in rows like a school diner hall , there is no space between the tables - you are so close to the table next to you. It wasnt pleasant family time. We have been to many all inclusive hotels where you can still sit and enjoy a family meal rather than feel like your in a school dinner hall. The cocktails were ok but nothing special. The did go about tidying the pool and dining area but things could sit for a while they werent on the ball making sure the place was tidy. The staff definitely were not happy to be at work, they were miserable. If we asked for anything it was as if they wernt happy and just couldnt be bothered to help. The exception from this was one male on reception who very kindly helped with WiFi codes after another worker telling us she couldnt help as the WiFi was just poor as they were in the mountains. One male worker on the bar was brilliant with the kids and the animation team were friendly. My 10 year old daughter even asked " why are the workers here so rude? I dont like it. We are on holiday, I thought they would be nice." If the kids all inclusive bands break (ours did twice) you need to go to the waterpark to get a replacement- complete madness! The walk to the waterpark through the zoo is nice but I dont recommend you walk through the carparks!! The reception staff told us its a 5 minute walk- in the heat with children it was a 20min awful walk!! There are buggies which go but the wait can be a long time and you still need to walk a car park after being dropped off. We have been to 4* hotels recently in Tenerife, Portugal and Turkey and they are a different level to this hotel. I my opinion this definitely not to 4* standard due to mainly the lodge needing tlc, poor staff service and the food and eating situation. We did have a nice holiday but we wouldn't return and we wouldn't recommend this hotel to friends looking for 4*. There are so many more plaves out there that for the money you get a 4* service in return!!

The hotel is a shambles, Check in was an absolute nightmare and nobody knows what they’re doing, the rudest staff on the planet in all aspects apart from 1 of the male pool attendants/ cleaners and the entertainment staff. Food was below par and restaurants were always mobbed, undercooked sausages at breakfast and the place is filthy. The lodges were also filthy and I had to complain several times to even have the floors cleaned but they never seemed to actually clean them. The pool areas are small and I had a pretty horrific experience when trying to fix a parasol for my baby (10months old) and was screamed at by staff out of nowhere and still don’t understand why when 30mins later same member of staff moved and actually put up the umbrella for others. The Astro turf under the beds by the pool absolutely stinks of cat urine. But there are plenty beds available. There is an onsite water park it is very busy and the ‘free’ beds for hotel guests are broken or in sad state, and there are very few and far between so lack the options and unless you want to pay an extra €8 then it is a nightmare. There is also limited shade in the waterpark which is ok for those without children but it’s difficult when taking along children and need some shade. The entertainment was good, and the entertainment staff are very good and helpful (the only saying grace). The air con has also given myself and several others hoarse throats and sinus problems. If they can’t mop the floors then I doubt the air con filters have been cleaned ever. Booked the medieval show at Robin Hood (10min taxi ride from this hotel) Hotel offer their own transport for a few euro so I thought perfect when it’s just me and 3 children then I could do that, But they don’t say it’s a 1.5hour bus journey picking up at 5 different hotels there and back!! So definitely do not book their version of transport unless you want to be on the bus longer than All in all I would never stay here again and would never recommend. It’s a 2* hotel with a zoo and water park, a ridiculous price to stay in such a shambolic establishment and when you spend so much money on a holiday it should be amazing!! Honestly not worth the hype and I’m really disappointed with having spent so much money to go and be let down. I’ve contacted jet2 my travel provider for my various complaints throughout the trip and raised many of these issues as there is so much false advertising and it horrifically disappointed that I booked this place. We will never be back and definitely don’t recommend. Pictures of sausages and a baby wipe from the floor after it was supposed to be cleaned.

The resort had loads to do! The zoo is fantastic, the waterpark is great! The resort also puts on a free bus to take you to into Benidorm. There is also an app which shows you whats on everyday so you can plan your days. We also paid extra for a hot tub and all inclusive plus which were both well worth the money. However, the food is awful! It was cold, looked under cooked and most days we were living on chips and bread. Some of the staff are so lovely and friendly and couldn't do more to help! But some fo seem ignorant which was disappointing. The pools on the resort were freezing! It was more like an ice bath! As a family we were unable to use the pools for this reason.

An amazing experience. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were especially impressed with the girls who ran the kids club who were so warm and friendly with the kids, always smiling and laughing and so patient with them. Playing and speaking even when just passing. Really made the holiday so much more fun for Emily and Aria and us an hours timeout Thank you. Food was plentiful and choice was good. Personally loved breakfast and lunch but snacks were all great too ! Varied daily for lunch dinner with a good selection. Great pools, Bars , drink choice amazing and good zoo was amazing as was water park Everything we could have wanted for a family holiday. Cant fault it. Definitely be back.

Just returned home and time to add my review and leave the group. Firstly we had the best holiday with so much fun and laughter - I do think it's important to remember a holiday is what you make if it. Water Park is brilliant so glad this was included as the hotel pools arnt very big . Food and drinks being included on all inclusive at the water park is great (upstairs bar only) , my little girl did the mermaid experience and loved it - well worth it - they was brilliant with her and the photos are so sweet. The zoo - we enjoyed walking round so much - we love animals and there's a fantastic selection here. We booked the reptile experience, elephant experience and night safari (at extra cost direct to the zoo) and wow these did not disappoint . Reptile experience was amazing - €35per adult €25 per child - it was a whole hour and the guy was so knowledge- we held bull frogs , spiders, scorpions, lizards and snakes - highly recommend. The elephant experience is great if you love elephants - tour of the inside enclosure - then they bring in an elephant and demonstrate some things they do with the elephants day to day to care for them - truly beautiful animals and you can see how the keepers love them. Night safari was basic but fun - for €20pp worth it - got to feed some deer and the elephants- plus was just so cool walking round the zoo at night in a private group - kids loved it. Now the hotel......we stayed in the Polynesian 2 bed lodge- was spotless on arrival and the cleaners are fab - the bathroom requires some updating but overall was very happy with the accommodation. It's been said a 1000 times on here but THE HILL. I knew to expect it but by the end of the week I have to say I was fed up walking up it. This week the bus/train was broken typically, the golf buggies were happy to take you but they was not coming regularly . Bars - the ques are bad...some of the worst I've encountered - during the evening entertainment your looking at 20minutes to get a drink unless your premium board . Having said that ...bar staff friendly and drinks branded , the upstairs bar in the evening by the speciality restaurants is fab - even get a frozen glass for your beer. Now here is whete everyone seems divided and I think it comes down to personal opinion. FOOD Personally - some of the most basic food I've had at an all inclusive . I'm not fussy - I eat most things . I always found something to eat but bland food . Very basic . And I do question if all of it is being kept at a temperature hot enough as sometimes was luke warm . The main buffet chaos is some of the worst I've encountered - more than 1 evening there was no tables - wr waited to have to clean our own table to sit and eat - we did complain to the hotel about this and was upgraded to premium dining - this solved the issue and we was happy with the set up of the premium dining buffet. Same menu but just quieter. Speciality restaurants Italian was nice definately worth a try We didn't

I really love this place it was our second time coming and we are looking at coming back in October i think this might be our yearly place to come the staff are amazing but the member who stood out was Teresa Moreno she was always happy to help and went above and beyond always had a smile on her face
